Personal Journey Support Group

Veterans & ACtive Duty Peer Support Group
A monthly peer support group providing communication, camaraderie, and support for veterans and active-duty service members. A supportive place to talk about experiences in and outside of the military. This is a peer-led group.

SEated chair yoga self-care group
Offering a calming and inclusive environment where participants can breathe, stretch, and relax while learning techniques to support overall well-being. These sessions promote balance, mindfulness, and relaxation.

SAFE T Support Group

FREE2BE
FREE2BE is a free weekly drop-in support group for gay, bisexual, and queer men ages 18 and older. Participants can speak openly, build meaningful connections, and find community in a welcoming, judgment-free setting.

SilverServe Luncheons
SilverServe Signature Luncheons are free monthly senior mixers featuring a themed catered meal, special educational presentations and entertainment, and lively conversation. Hosted by Tiffany Arieagus with Table Talk by Jade Granovsky. Held the second Friday of each month from noon to 2:00 p.m. in Wilton Manors

A SunServe Self-Care Group to help you learn mindful tools encompassing emotion-focused and problem-focused strategies with body relaxation techniques.

Our Time Expressive Therapy
Our Time offers a warm and supportive space for life-expansive seniors to connect, create, and express themselves. Led by a social worker.

Different Drummer
Different Drummer is a support group for parents learning about gender diversity in their children. Participants can connect with other parents, share challenges and successes, and find space to learn, grow, and thrive. Parents of children of all ages are welcome.

SilverServe Breakfast Club
SilverServe Breakfast Club is a free monthly senior gathering featuring a light breakfast, coffee, conversation, raffles, engaging speakers, and entertainment. Hosted by Tiffany Arieagus and Jade Granovsky. Held the fourth Friday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Wilton Manors.
